GOLT1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,130 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLT1A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLEKHA6, PLEKHA6_S459, and PLEKHA6_S777. Each is linked with GOLT1A in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLT1A-to-partner and partner-to-GOLT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOLT1A versus PLEKHA6 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
