GOLT1A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLT1A mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are eIF4E, Rab11, and STAT3_pY705. Each is linked with GOLT1A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLT1A-to-partner and partner-to-GOLT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, eIF4E grouped by GOLT1A-low versus GOLT1A-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
