GOLT1A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,098 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLT1A-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRR15L, ERBB3, and LLGL2. Each is linked with GOLT1A in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLT1A-to-partner and partner-to-GOLT1A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GOLT1A versus PRR15L in BREAST, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLT1A→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLT1A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
