Across TCGA cell cohorts, GOLT1A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,515 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLT1A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cytoplasmic actin-based contraction involved in cell motility, Acetylcholine biosynthetic process, and Calcium-independent cell-cell adhesion. Each is linked with GOLT1A in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLT1A-to-partner and partner-to-GOLT1A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cytoplasmic actin-based contraction involved in cell motility grouped by GOLT1A-low versus GOLT1A-high in BREAST.
