GOLM2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLM2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,343 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GOLM2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MARK2P4, RN7SL248P, and RNA5SP412. Each is linked with GOLM2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLM2-to-partner and partner-to-GOLM2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MARK2P4 grouped by GOLM2-low versus GOLM2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLM2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLM2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
