Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA8T RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,114 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA8T-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of cytoplasmic translation, Protein localization to lysosome, and Peptidyl-serine autophosphorylation. Each is linked with GOLGA8T in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA8T-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA8T results are reported.
