Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA7B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GOLGA7B data layer compared with 23 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher GOLGA7B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA7B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and LIHC are the cancer types where GOLGA7B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
