Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA6L22 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 156 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA6L22-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRY2, MRGPRG-AS1, and MIR4783. Each is linked with GOLGA6L22 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA6L22-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA6L22 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PRY2 grouped by GOLGA6L22-low versus GOLGA6L22-high in LGG.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GOLGA6L22→partner) and Y-score (partner→GOLGA6L22) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
