Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA6D RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,218 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA6D-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein modification by small protein removal, DNA-templated DNA replication, and Regulation of DNA repair. Each is linked with GOLGA6D in more than 12 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA6D-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA6D results are reported.
