Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA6A RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,929 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA6A-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine modification, Regulation of telomere maintenance, and Regulation of post-translational protein modification. Each is linked with GOLGA6A in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA6A-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA6A results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine modification grouped by GOLGA6A-low versus GOLGA6A-high in STAD.
