GOLGA6A

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA6A RNA is linked to patient survival in 20 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GOLGA6A data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in ovarian serous cystadenocarcinoma (OV), where higher GOLGA6A RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA6A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and ESCA show a favorable association.

OV, THCA, and LUAD are the cancer types where GOLGA6A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
