Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA2P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,123 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA2P11-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ARHGAP24_S391, DCAF7, and SMC1A. Each is linked with GOLGA2P11 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA2P11-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA2P11 results are reported.
