Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GOLGA2P11 RNA is linked to patient survival in 17 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated GOLGA2P11 data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher GOLGA2P11 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GOLGA2P11 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LAML show a favorable association.

UVM, CESC, and READ are the cancer types where GOLGA2P11 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
