Across TCGA patient cohorts, GOLGA2P11 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,111 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GOLGA2P11-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Peptidyl-lysine acetylation, Regulation of DNA repair, and DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with GOLGA2P11 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GOLGA2P11-to-partner and partner-to-GOLGA2P11 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Peptidyl-lysine acetylation grouped by GOLGA2P11-low versus GOLGA2P11-high in STAD.
