GNPDA1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNPDA1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,055 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNPDA1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SNX2, GNPDA2, and AIF1. Each is linked with GNPDA1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNPDA1-to-partner and partner-to-GNPDA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GNPDA1 versus SNX2 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

protein abundance associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNPDA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNPDA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
