Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNGT2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNGT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-252P, RNU6-511P, and RNU4-37P. Each is linked with GNGT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNGT2-to-partner and partner-to-GNGT2 results are reported.
