RNU6-511P

associated omics data
RNA, U6 small nuclear 511, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU6-511P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU6-511P expression is associated with patient survival in 13 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU6-511P is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in LUAD. Additionally, RNU6-511P RNA expression shows 5,855 significant pathway-activity associations, with the highest sampling consensus in STAD. Together, these results highlight THCA, LUAD, and STAD as cancer lineages where RNU6-511P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU6-511P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU6-511P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (13). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU6-511P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU6-511P expression shows unfavorable associations in THCA, LIHC, KIRC and LGG, but favorable associations in MESO and UCEC. The THCA Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p < 0.001). Together, the overview and detailed table identify THCA as the clearest survival context for RNU6-511P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU6-511P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU6-511P shows lower tumor expression in LUAD, BRCA, COAD, THCA and KICH and higher tumor expression in PRAD. The LUAD box plot shows higher RNU6-511P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.397, t-test p < 0.001).
