Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNG5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNG5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-1082P, RNU6-206P, and RNU6-906P. Each is linked with GNG5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNG5-to-partner and partner-to-GNG5 results are reported.
