GNAZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GNAZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,142 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are VTI1B, TIMM44, and BAG1. Each is linked with GNAZ in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAZ-to-partner and partner-to-GNAZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VTI1B grouped by GNAZ-low versus GNAZ-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
