GNAZ

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GNAZ mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 48 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GNAZ-associated genes across cancer lineages are TFAP2E, AUNIP, and TTI2. Each is linked with GNAZ in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GNAZ-to-partner and partner-to-GNAZ results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TFAP2E grouped by GNAZ-low versus GNAZ-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GNAZ→partner) and Y-score (partner→GNAZ) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
