Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,573 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GMPS-associated genes across cancer lineages are SMC4, UMPS, and CENPF. Each is linked with GMPS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPS-to-partner and partner-to-GMPS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMPS versus SMC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.77.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
