Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMPS protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 30,905 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GMPS-associated proteins across cancer lineages are FEN1, RFC4, and U2AF2. Each is linked with GMPS in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMPS-to-partner and partner-to-GMPS results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GMPS versus FEN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.75.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMPS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMPS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
