GMNN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GMNN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GMNN-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP412, RNU6-1051P, and GABRG2. Each is linked with GMNN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMNN-to-partner and partner-to-GMNN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP412 grouped by GMNN-low versus GMNN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GMNN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GMNN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
