Across TCGA cell cohorts, GMNN RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,430 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GMNN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Mitotic DNA replication checkpoint signaling, Negative regulation of RNA export from nucleus, and DNA-templated DNA replication. Each is linked with GMNN in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GMNN-to-partner and partner-to-GMNN results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Mitotic DNA replication checkpoint signaling grouped by GMNN-low versus GMNN-high in KIDNEY.
