GLS

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLS RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 20,893 significant associations in total. UVM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAB3GAP2, VPS13C, and ANKRD17. Each is linked with GLS in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLS-to-partner and partner-to-GLS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLS versus RAB3GAP2 in UVM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.85.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
