GLRX5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRX5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 66 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRX5-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP389, SNRPGP1, and MIR6842. Each is linked with GLRX5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX5-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRX5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRX5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
