GLO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC02348, MIR486-1, and MIR6780B. Each is linked with GLO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLO1-to-partner and partner-to-GLO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LINC02348 grouped by GLO1-low versus GLO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
