Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 609 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLIPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF280B, MIR6500, and STMN1P1. Each is linked with GLIPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIPR2-to-partner and partner-to-GLIPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF280B grouped by GLIPR2-low versus GLIPR2-high in UCEC.
