GLI2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,474 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM72C, TRAIP, and MZT1. Each is linked with GLI2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI2-to-partner and partner-to-GLI2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM72C grouped by GLI2-low versus GLI2-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
