GLI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,795 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBA1C, DCPS, and TRAF3. Each is linked with GLI1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TUBA1C grouped by GLI1-low versus GLI1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
