GLI1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ATM, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and E-Cadherin. Each is linked with GLI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLI1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ATM grouped by GLI1-low versus GLI1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
