Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLI1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,855 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLI1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription, Positive regulation of termination of DNA-templated transcription, and Microtubule polymerization. Each is linked with GLI1 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of termination of RNA polymerase II transcription grouped by GLI1-low versus GLI1-high in OVARY.
