GLDC

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLDC RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,607 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDC-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SH3BP4, EHHADH, and NFIC. Each is linked with GLDC in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDC-to-partner and partner-to-GLDC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLDC versus SH3BP4 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDC→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
