Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLCCI1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,477 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLCCI1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-17P, LINC02340, and RN7SL478P. Each is linked with GLCCI1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLCCI1-to-partner and partner-to-GLCCI1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-17P grouped by GLCCI1-low versus GLCCI1-high in BLCA.
