Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GJA10 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,705 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GJA10-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR648, MYO19, and RPIAP1. Each is linked with GJA10 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GJA10-to-partner and partner-to-GJA10 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR648 grouped by GJA10-low versus GJA10-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GJA10→partner) and Y-score (partner→GJA10) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
