The most reproducible GIMAP1-GIMAP5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of lipopolysaccharide-mediated signaling pathway, Interleukin-12 production, and Blood vessel maturation. Each is linked with GIMAP1-GIMAP5 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GIMAP1-GIMAP5-to-partner and partner-to-GIMAP1-GIMAP5 results are reported.
