GHR

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GHR mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GHR-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASZ1, SLC22A6, and OOSP2. Each is linked with GHR in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GHR-to-partner and partner-to-GHR results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASZ1 grouped by GHR-low versus GHR-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GHR→partner) and Y-score (partner→GHR) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
