GH2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GH2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 467 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GH2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PPIAP32, RNA5SP86, and OR2AP1. Each is linked with GH2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GH2-to-partner and partner-to-GH2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PPIAP32 grouped by GH2-low versus GH2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GH2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GH2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
