Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGTLC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,988 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GGTLC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNY4P14, RN7SL110P, and RNU4-61P. Each is linked with GGTLC2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGTLC2-to-partner and partner-to-GGTLC2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNY4P14 grouped by GGTLC2-low versus GGTLC2-high in CESC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGTLC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGTLC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
