GGT6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 514 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PANK4, ZNF57, and COX10. Each is linked with GGT6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT6-to-partner and partner-to-GGT6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PANK4 grouped by GGT6-low versus GGT6-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT6→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
