GGT5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,391 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CNN2, EFEMP1, and PPM1F. Each is linked with GGT5 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT5-to-partner and partner-to-GGT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GGT5 versus CNN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
