Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,583 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF11, SLC2A13, and TPX2. Each is linked with GGT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT5-to-partner and partner-to-GGT5 results are reported.
