Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGT5 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 37 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Notch1, and PCNA. Each is linked with GGT5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT5-to-partner and partner-to-GGT5 results are reported.
