GGT5

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGT5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGT5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10V1, CLPSL1, and SUPT20HL1. Each is linked with GGT5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGT5-to-partner and partner-to-GGT5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10V1 grouped by GGT5-low versus GGT5-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGT5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGT5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
