GGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNG8, MS4A10, and PRM3. Each is linked with GGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGN-to-partner and partner-to-GGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GNG8 grouped by GGN-low versus GGN-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
