Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGACT mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGACT-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE1B, MIR8053, and MIR4265. Each is linked with GGACT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGACT-to-partner and partner-to-GGACT results are reported.
