Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, GGACT mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 49 significant associations in total. STOMACH shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GGACT-associated genes across cancer lineages are PTPN7, CNTNAP3B, and EDIL3. Each is linked with GGACT in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGACT-to-partner and partner-to-GGACT results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PTPN7 grouped by GGACT-low versus GGACT-high in STOMACH.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGACT→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGACT) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
