GGA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GGA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,959 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are HLA-N, MED28P4, and RPL12P5. Each is linked with GGA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GGA3-to-partner and partner-to-GGA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HLA-N grouped by GGA3-low versus GGA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
