GFUS

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFUS mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. LIHC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFUS-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPS28P1, DIMT1P1, and USP21P2. Each is linked with GFUS in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFUS-to-partner and partner-to-GFUS results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RPS28P1 grouped by GFUS-low versus GFUS-high in LIHC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFUS→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFUS) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
