GFER

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GFER mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GFER-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAC1P8, TTTY6, and KRTAP9-8. Each is linked with GFER in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GFER-to-partner and partner-to-GFER results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RAC1P8 grouped by GFER-low versus GFER-high in BLCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GFER→partner) and Y-score (partner→GFER) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
